Our 2" TUBE-O-MATIC® solenoid pilot-operated pinch valve is designed to tolerate fluids, liquids, acids, slurries, and many forms of abrasive material without the inherent weakness of other valve types. Compared to competitor pinch valves, our tube sleeve closes on the airfoil center core while cycling, substantially reducing the tube's traveled distance and extending the valve's longevity. The normally open design allows flow in both directions making it compatible in systems requiring bi-directional control of the media. Additionally, this valve is designed and tested to provide bubble-tight closure for optimal performance.

For maximum tube life, the pilot-to-media pressure differential should not exceed 20 PSI. For line pressures below 50 PSI, pilot pressure must be line pressure plus 15 PSI.
