Applications for Lexair 3-way valves:
At our Lexington facility, we manufacture 3-way valves in 3 different valve lines: Poppet, Hi-Cyclic® and Mini-1. Lexair poppet-type valves provide high flow and positive bubble -tight shut-off operation in a variety of industrial and process control needs. Constructed of non-corrosive materials, these 3-way Poppet valves can be used with a wide range of liquids and gases where quick-acting control is required. Available operators include direct pilot, high ratio direct pilot, mechanical, and solenoid.
Hi-Cyclic® is a directional control valve line that has become synonymous with operating dependability over many decades of service and billions of cycles. A solid brass body and stainless steel spool serve as a strong foundation for durability, allowing our valves to stand up to even the most severe applications. A second reason for them being so rugged is our sleeveless spool-to-body design. Hi-Cyclic® valves function with a precision lapped spool-to-body fit that keeps internal leakage to a minimum. The key to the product’s versatility is in its modular component design consisting of 9 different spools, 22 different operators, and is compatible with air or hydraulic media. There are over 250,000 model combinations possible.
Mini-1 valves are offered in 3-way and 4-way function. They feature rugged bodies made from durable anodized cast aluminum, stainless steel spools, and manual, mechanical, pilot, and solenoid actuators. Applications include the actuation of pneumatic devices. For example, single or double acting cylinders, rotary actuators, slides, grippers, etc. Mini-1’s can function as an E-stop, selector, or diverter.
