Lexair offers two distinctly different styles of bar feeders. Our latest offering (the MULTI-3000) was designed for feeding short bars (up to 64 inches in length depending upon the model) while the Rhinobar® units (featuring two different model sizes) were designed to run bars up to 12 feet in length. The Rhinobar® series bar feeders are single tube, hydrodynamic bar stock feeders designed for the use with Swiss-style CNC screw machines and fixed head stock lathes. With a diameter capacity from wire gage to 4 inches and up to 12 foot lengths, these units are compatible with a wide range of lathe applications. The MULTI-3000 is a servo-driven, magazine style short bar feeder designed for use with fixed head stock lathes. These units handle round or hexagon bar stock and can easily be modified to handle square stock. Bar lengths from 6 to either 48 or 64 inches (restricted by spindle length) may be used. Round bars from 3/16 - 3-1/8 inches and hex bars ranging from 3/16 through 2-3/4 inches can be used. Consult the factory for square bar lengths and diameters. |

Collet Chucks
| Lexair offers precision collet chucks ranging from self-contained mechanical grip fixed-length versions to pull-back drawtube actuated models and wrench operated units for applications where no drawtube is available. Our chucks can accommodate parts up to 5-1/2 inches in diameter. | ||||||||||||

Collet Closers
| Lexair offers a family of stationary collet workholding components which can be utilized individually or grouped together into a system. Double acting pneumatic or hydraulic models are available in fixed-length and pull-back versions.
